About Jason Kelleghan

I’ve spent 20+ years figuring out what actually works in sales.

More than twenty years selling insurance, professional services and technology. I’ve carried the number, built the teams, and run revenue as a CRO. Then I figured out why most sales training doesn’t stick — and built Sales Elevated to fix it.

The track record

I’ve carried the number and built the machine.

  1. 01Salesperson — #1 producer, seven straight years
  2. 02Sales leader — built and ran sales teams and organizations
  3. 03Chief Revenue Officer — global sales, marketing and customer success
  4. 04Built the machine — $1M to $18M ARR in four years (and $0 to $4M at another company)
  5. 05Sales Elevated — putting the same system in reach of everyone else

I’ve done this from every seat — carrying the quota, building the team, and owning the whole revenue number as a CRO. These two are the results I’m proudest of:

$1M $18M

Annual recurring revenue, grown in four years at one company.

$0 $4M

ARR built from zero in four years at another.

What I also learned

Most sales training doesn’t work.

Not because the ideas are necessarily bad. The problem is that most training is treated like an event. You attend a workshop, learn a few techniques, get fired up for a week or two — and then go right back to doing what you were doing before.

Sales doesn’t work that way.

Getting better at selling requires a system: learning the right behaviors, practicing them, applying them to real sales situations, and getting coaching when things don’t go according to plan.

That’s why I built Sales Elevated.
From sales theory to a repeatable system

The goal isn’t to turn people into “salespeople.”

  • 20+ years selling & leading revenue
  • Former Chief Revenue Officer
  • Trades · Professional services · Technology
  • Sandler-certified

I’ve spent years training and coaching business owners, salespeople and sales teams across the trades, professional services, technology and other industries. The point isn’t to make anyone into a stereotypical “salesperson.” It’s to help them build a predictable, repeatable sales system — one that makes it easier to win business without chasing prospects, competing on price, or relying on referrals and good luck.

That means learning how to:

  • Start better sales conversations
  • Ask questions that uncover the real reasons someone will buy
  • Differentiate yourself when competitors look similar
  • Talk about money without making it awkward
  • Stop giving away free consulting
  • Handle stalls and objections without becoming pushy
  • Qualify opportunities before wasting time on them
  • Create a sales process you can actually repeat

Good sales training shouldn’t just make you better at sales.

It should make your business better at producing sales. That’s what Sales Elevated is built to do.
