Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the Sales Elevated AI Sales Coach (the “App”), operated by Jason Kelleghan / Sales Elevated (“we,” “us”). They apply to the web app at app.sales-elevated.com, the iOS app, and coaching by text message and phone. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What the App is

The App is an AI sales coach built on Jason Kelleghan’s sales training. It answers your questions, helps you prepare for and review sales conversations, runs practice role plays, scores your practice, recommends lessons and workouts, and, if you allow it, checks in with you by app notification or text message.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and using the App for your work or professional development.
  • Keep your login to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Give us accurate information, including a mobile number that is yours if you opt in to texts.

Membership, trials and subscriptions

  • Sales Elevated members get the App as part of their membership, for as long as the membership is active.
  • Anyone else can try the App free for 7 days. After that, continued access requires a subscription ($24.99 a month, unless a different price is shown when you subscribe).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe or Apple, and their refund rules apply to purchases made through them.
  • We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

AI coaching is guidance, not a guarantee

The coach is an AI. It can be wrong, misunderstand you, or give advice that doesn’t fit your situation. Use your own judgment. Nothing in the App is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and we don’t promise any particular sales result. You’re responsible for what you say and do with customers, including following the laws and rules that apply to your business.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the App to:

  • break the law, or harass, deceive or harm anyone;
  • share other people’s sensitive personal information (for example, a customer’s financial or health details) beyond what you need for coaching;
  • copy, resell or redistribute the App, its lessons, or the coach’s content;
  • try to get around usage limits, access other accounts, or disrupt the service.

We may limit or close accounts that do.

Content

Jason Kelleghan’s training, lessons, videos, playbooks and the App itself belong to Sales Elevated. You may use them for your own selling and training while you have access. What you write or say to the coach stays yours; you let us store and process it to run the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Text messaging terms

Program: Sales Elevated AI Coach text coaching.

  • What you’ll get: coaching replies when you text the coach, plus check-ins, follow-ups on deals you’ve told it about, and reminders about your workouts and practice. These are coaching messages, not advertising.
  • How you join: by entering your mobile number in the App and ticking the box agreeing to receive coaching text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Frequency: varies; the coach checks in about two or three times a week, plus replies to the messages you send.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • To stop: text STOP to the coach’s number at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed and no more after that. You can also turn text coaching off in the App. To start again, text START or turn it back on in the App.
  • For help: text HELP, or email jason@sales-elevated.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your number and consent are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes and availability

We’re improving the App all the time, so features may change, and it may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the App means you accept them.

Ending your account

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The App is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits. Our total liability for any claim about the App is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
